"He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart."
-Psalm 91:4
As of
Wednesday, February 9th, at 3:00 pm Megan Elizabeth Montgomery was
reunited with her family.
On
Tuesday evening her parents were made aware that her car had been found in
"Over-The-Rhine," an area in Cincinnati, OH. They, along with
her brother Mark and other family members immediately made their way to Ohio to
find her. Once there, local news stations aired her story and they
enlisted law enforcement to help. After a long eight hours of searching
with no answers, Tony, Megan's father, received a call from a woman that said
she had Megan and that she was safe. The woman took Megan to them and
after their reunion she was taken to a local hospital to make sure she was
ok.
As of
tonight, Megan is safe and at home with her parents. They traveled from
Ohio back to Georgia today and made a stop at their church for a prayer/
praise meeting before going home.
The
Montgomery's are forever thankful for any and everyone who helped search, post
messages on any social media network, contacted radio/ tv stations and those
who prayed for Megan.
Most
of all they are thankful to their Savior, Jesus Christ who kept Megan
"under His wings" during these devastating 12 days. They never
gave up hope and continued to believe in the promises of God.
"I've
always believed that miracles happen, but today we had one in our (own)
lives." -- Father, Tony Montgomery
